Who we are: MPB is a debt collector and our communications are an attempt to collect debt. If you are a consumer with a debt that has been placed with us for collection, any information obtained may be used for that purpose.

You hereby agree that state courts located in Travis County, Texas and the United States District Court located in Travis County, Texas each shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all controversies with respect to any dispute between you and MPB from such use and you hereby consent to such exclusive and personal jurisdiction and venue waiving any objection or defense to such jurisdiction and venue. You also agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action or litigation in any way arising out of or related to your use of the Website, payment portal and this Policy and that each party has the right to seek attorney’s fees in any proceeding.
